Dr. Teresa Davidson, Chiropractor
Dr. Teresa Davidson has been helping families in Charlestown and surrounding communities for over three decades. But her introduction to chiropractic care began long before that—with a single car accident and a life-changing visit to her sister’s chiropractor.
What started as a treatment became a life-changing event. She was amazed by what she learned about the nervous system and the body’s power to heal naturally—without drugs or surgery. From that moment on, she knew this would be her life’s work.
Kaitlyn Williams, Care Coordinator and Scan Tech
Kaitlyn joined the office late January 2026. Kaitlyn has been working in the medical field for 10 years with prior office experience. She loves to care for people and patients, professionally and personally. Kaitlyn has three children ages 6 months to 9 years old, Shayna, Riley, & Jacob. When not scanning patients or at work, Kaitlyn enjoys cooking, enjoys anything outdoors, nature, and spending all the time with her kids.
Megan Butts, Scheduling and Marketing
Megan joined our office in the spring of 2025 shortly after husband started receiving care from Dr. Davidson. Megan and her husband just recently welcomed their first little one, Emersyn, in October of 2025. When not scheduling appointments or working on marketing Megan enjoys hunting, fishing, spending time with her little girl and taking care of the animals on their small farm.
