Dr. Teresa Davidson, Chiropractor
Dr. Teresa Davidson has been helping families in Charlestown and surrounding communities for over three decades. But her introduction to chiropractic care began long before that—with a single car accident and a life-changing visit to her sister’s chiropractor.
What started as a treatment became a life-changing event. She was amazed by what she learned about the nervous system and the body’s power to heal naturally—without drugs or surgery. From that moment on, she knew this would be her life’s work.
Phyllis Ashbrook, Care Coordinator
Phyllis joined our practice as a patient before becoming our Care Coordinator. She comes to us with over 25 years of medical and office experience. Phyllis began her wellness journey 5 years ago and is excited to learn more about chiropractic care. In her spare time, Phyllis enjoys being outside on her farm, crafting, antiquing, and spending time with her grandson.
Megan Butts, Care Coordinator and Marketing
My husband and I were recently married in 2023 and are currently awaiting the arrival of our first little one this fall. I grew up on a small farm in Henryville and have always been passionate about working around animals. My husband had gotten sick in November of 2024 and was a medical mystery to all of his doctors. We were pointed in the direction of chiropractic care after months of finding no answers.
